Work Health & Safety
BAC is currently updating its work health and safety management system and the information on this site. Accordingly, some information (such as legislative references) may be out of date and we appreciate your understanding while we progressively resolve this.
Contractor Management System Changes
In early 2014, BAC's contractor approval and induction system will be changing. The new, online system will allow contractors to submit insurances and approvals online and employees will be able to complete their inductions through the same site. A letter was recently sent to current contractors with additional details of these changes. Click here to view this letter.
Further information will be available in the coming months.
BAC WHS Policy
BAC is committed to providing all employees, contractors and visitors with a safe and healthy work environment. In order to achieve this goal, and manage risks to health and safety arising out of the Corporation's business activities, BAC operates and maintains an occupational health and safety management system (WHSMS) which is governed by BAC's WHS Policy.
