Visitor Information Centre
The Visitor Information Centre is officially accredited by Tourism Queensland and is staffed by trained Customer Service Consultants and experienced volunteers who provide excellent customer service. The centre offers general tourism information on the region of Southern Queensland, along with airport and transport information. They also handle lost property for both Terminals.
Our Airport Ambassadors (volunteers) really enjoy assisting the varied clientele travelling through Brisbane Airport and you can identify us by looking for the yellow and blue Visitor Information Centre sign.
