GE Aviation has operated at Brisbane Airport for more than two decades and expanded its regional presence with the opening of an $8 million Asia-Pacific Service Centre within the Airport Industrial Park.
The facility is GE Aerospace Systems’ largest service centre in the Asia-Pacific region and supports maintenance, repair and overhaul services for a range of aircraft systems.
Supporting commercial, military, business and general aviation sectors, the specialist aviation servicing facility employs more than 80 people and forms a key part of Brisbane Airport’s growing aviation and aerospace precinct.
