Shane is a Senior Property Development Manager within Brisbane Airport Corporation’s Commercial group. The property team is tasked with developing the organisation's non-aeronautical land holdings, of which Shane has been a member for the last 18 years. 

His experience includes the development of new projects across the commercial, industrial, retail, and aviation sectors. With over 28 years of experience in the property development industry, Shane has a proven track record of successfully delivering numerous property projects across South East Queensland.

This experience transcends total project lifespan including precinct planning, land delivery, concept design, delivery and handover.

Shane adopts a relationship-based philosophy for the delivery of his projects, with a focus on ensuring the end product is of a high quality, is sustainable and also commercially viable. Stakeholder engagement is also a key focus that ensures the clients are engaged throughout the design and delivery process. It is this philosophy that has ensured successful long-term partnerships have been established and maintained with all project stakeholders over many years.
