Overview
Brisbane Airport Corporation partnered with The Pool Tile Company and Tomkins to design and construct a purpose-built facility within the expanding Airport South precinct at Brisbane Airport.
The development comprises a 4,500sqm warehouse and a 700sqm office and showroom, supporting integrated warehousing, dispatch and customer-facing operations.
The well-connected site is positioned alongside complementary tenants including Miele and DHL. The Queensland-based swimming pool specialist relocated its Newstead showroom and Pinkenba warehouse to consolidate operations into a single, accessible location, supporting business growth and improved operational efficiency.
