Aramex Australia
Brisbane Airport worked with Aramex Australia to design and deliver a new 26,120sqm office and warehouse – equivalent in area to more than three-and-a-half rugby league fields – as part of the first stage of the Airport Industrial Park’s development.
Aramex’s significant new development takes advantage of Brisbane Airport’s superior transport connections and highlights the potential for logistics and industrial development at Brisbane Airport at scale.
Superior Food Services
Brisbane Airport worked with Superior Foods to develop a purpose-built 10,460sqm warehouse and cold storage facility at Airport Industrial Park.
The development also included office space, logistics connections and dock doors to accommodate B-double trucks.
Chosen by Superior Foods for its location within the premium master-planned industrial zone with strong road network connections and high amenity, Airport Industrial Park became its regional supply hub.
Qantas Flight Training Centre
Qantas worked with Brisbane Airport under a Building Development Agreement to deliver the pilot-training simulator in 2021.
The 2,144 sqm facility includes a 1,154 sqm warehouse to house simulators for the Boeing 737, 767F and 787 Dreamliner and Dash-8 Q400 – as well as a Q400 flight training device.
The 5,784 sqm site also includes 990 sqm of office, administration, training and amenities, 25 at-grade car parks and an external maneuvering hardstand area.
GE Aviation
GE Aviation has operated at Brisbane Airport for more than two decades and expanded its regional presence with the opening of an $8 million Asia-Pacific Service Centre within the Airport Industrial Park.
The facility is GE Aerospace Systems’ largest service centre in the Asia-Pacific region and supports maintenance, repair and overhaul services for a range of aircraft systems.
Miele Australia
Miele Australia consolidated multiple Brisbane operations into a purpose-built facility at Brisbane Airport to support long-term growth in the Queensland market.
Located within the Export Park precinct, the 7,065sqm development incorporates warehouse, office and showroom spaces designed to support integrated operations for the premium appliance and commercial equipment manufacturer.
Schneider Electric
Schneider Electric joined Brisbane Airport’s 400-strong trade community in 2023 with its new office and warehouse space of approximately 6,200sqm in the highly sought after Da Vinci Business Park.
