Royal Flying Doctor Service
The RFDS chose Brisbane Airport's General Aviation Precinct for a dedicated hanger in close proximity to landside vehicle access for emergency vehicles and the helipad.
Brisbane Airport has been a destination for hundreds of thousands of RFDS flights and since 1995 has been home to the RFDS Queensland Head Office.
On average, RFDS has more than 3,500 landings each year, transferring over 4,000 patients from 63 locations to tertiary hospitals around Brisbane, including the Queensland Children’s Hospital.
Golf Central
Golfers’ experience was top of mind through the Brisbane Airport’s design and development process.
Featuring a 50-bay 300m driving range, 18-hole mini golf and performance zones, the centre caters to all golfers from beginner to pro.
The Toptracer Driving Range was Australia’s first, with the benefit of floodlights for night-time practice.
Completed in late-2012, the construction delivered 1,096sqm of net lettable area, including a coaching centre and TaylorMade Performance Lab allowing space for leisure, while 54 free car parks made it easily accessible.
Skygate Home & Life
Skygate Home & Life offers commercial, retail and leisure tenancies in a thriving shopping precinct.
The homemaker centre provides 268 free car parks for easy access to it's retailers including TK Maxx, Nick Scali, Pillow Talk, Lighting Illusions, Early Settler and Deco Rug.
As the second stage of the Skygate development, the complex provides easy access to neighbouring Skygate leisure retail precinct comprising DFO Brisbane, Queensland's only 24/7 Woolworths, a Novotel hotel, childcare centres, and offices.
Schneider Electric
Schneider Electric joined Brisbane Airport’s 400-strong trade community in 2023 with its new office and warehouse space of approximately 6,200sqm in the highly sought after Da Vinci Business Park.
The digital energy management and automation brand occupies the same block as the new headquarters of national electrical and furniture retailer, BSR Group, taking advantage of the superior amenities and connectivity.
RSEA Safety
RSEA Safety expanded its footprint in Queensland with the 2023 development of a new 3,900sqm facility on a 9,854sqm site in the city’s premier industrial zone at Brisbane Airport.
The company is Australia's largest independent national supplier of safety goods, apparel and equipment.
Aramex Australia
Brisbane Airport worked with Aramex Australia to design and deliver a new 26,120sqm office and warehouse – equivalent in area to more than three-and-a-half rugby league fields – as part of the first stage of the Airport Industrial Park’s development.
Aramex’s significant new development takes advantage of Brisbane Airport’s superior transport connections and highlights the potential for logistics and industrial development at Brisbane Airport at scale.
Superior Food Services
Brisbane Airport worked with Superior Foods to develop a purpose-built 10,460sqm warehouse and cold storage facility at Airport Industrial Park.
The development also included office space, logistics connections and dock doors to accommodate B-double trucks.
Chosen by Superior Foods for its location within the premium master-planned industrial zone with strong road network connections and high amenity, Airport Industrial Park became its regional supply hub.
Phoenix Express Logistics
This 17,416sqm site with approximately 8,600sqm of lettable area is positioned in stage one of Airport Industrial Park's master-planned 100-hectare zone. Construction is underway on neighbouring sites, with global logistics giant Aramex among the anchor tenants within the five-stage industrial precinct.
Brisbane Airport Corporation invites businesses to enter into a pre-commitment for this industrial development with 24/7 operations permitted.
