GE Aviation has operated at Brisbane Airport for more than two decades and expanded its regional presence with the opening of an $8 million Asia-Pacific Service Centre within the Airport Industrial Park.

The facility is GE Aerospace Systems’ largest service centre in the Asia-Pacific region and supports maintenance, repair and overhaul services for a range of aircraft systems. 

GPC Commercial relocated its Asia-Pacific head office and distribution operations to Brisbane Airport’s Export Park precinct to support expanded distribution across Australia and the Asia-Pacific region. 

Airservices Australia operates a facility within the Da Vinci Office Park at Brisbane Airport, located at the southern end of the airport’s industrial precinct. 

The Da Vinci Office Park has become a hub for education, training and aviation-related organisations, supported by strong accessibility to major local and arterial road networks. 

BSR Group, which oversees more than 200 retailers including the Betta Home Living, Designer Appliances, Furniture Zone, RT Edwards Commercial, Stan Cash, and Billy Guyatts brands, consolidated its three separate Brisbane sites into an office and warehouse space at Da Vinci Business Park in 2023.

The 140 BSR Group employees are now reaping the benefits of having everyone under one roof.

The 5,600sqm premises includes 2,100sqm of commercial office and showroom, 3,500sqm of warehouse space and 118 on-site car parks.

Golf Central operates a 17-hectare golf and leisure facility within the Skygate precinct at Brisbane Airport. 

Located at 40 The Circuit, the site utilises a large, well-connected parcel of land to support a range of golf and hospitality offerings. 

Miele Australia consolidated multiple Brisbane operations into a purpose-built facility at Brisbane Airport to support long-term growth in the Queensland market.

Located within the Export Park precinct, the 7,065sqm development incorporates warehouse, office and showroom spaces designed to support integrated operations for the premium appliance and commercial equipment manufacturer. 

Mitsubishi Electric Australia operates a corporate office and facility within the Da Vinci Business Park at Brisbane Airport. 

Located on Boronia Road, the Brisbane Airport site supports the company’s operations across rail, infrastructure, critical power and heavy-duty vehicle systems. 

The Department of Home Affairs operates a corporate office within Brisbane Airport’s Airport Industrial Park and Skygate precinct. 

Strategically located on The Circuit, the Brisbane Airport site supports the Department’s national responsibilities across immigration, citizenship and border-related functions. 

Queensland Rail operates a landmark depot and maintenance facility at Brisbane Airport, serving as a key engineering and technical centre for its South East Queensland network. 

Established as part of the Cross River Rail program, the facility on Qantas Drive was selected to consolidate existing city-based departments and improve operational efficiency.
