Escape Lounges offers a variety of complimentary freshly made dishes from their chef-curated menu. Menus vary at every location as they are prepared by local chefs with the local community’s taste in mind. Complimentary refreshments include coffee and tea, soft drinks, wine, beer and spirits. You can also purchase premium alcoholic beverages for an additional cost.

Escape Lounges at Brisbane Airport is open from 6am until 1am, seven days a week.

Escape Lounges are open to all travellers, regardless of airline or ticket class.You can turn up to the lounge on the day and pay at the door to enter, or you can pre-book your space online at least 24 hours prior to entry.

Escape Lounges is a great place for families to relax. Children under the age of 2 have free access to the Lounge. However, all children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Especially during busy periods, bookings of 6 or more are not permitted, however you can contact Escape Lounges directly to discuss your options here

For the comfort and safety of Escape Lounges staff and guests, the dress code is smart casual. Escape Lounge also asks if their guests avoid wearing any clothing with slogans that might cause offence, as well as shorts above the knee. Men must keep their shoulders covered.

Lounge managers and staff reserve the right to refuse entry or to ask guests to leave. In such cases, a refund would not be offered.

Escape Lounges is completely cashless, so payment is available by card only. They accept all major credit cards for payments.

Guests will have access to the Escape Lounges within 3 hours of their scheduled flight departure time. If you have booked online and your flights are delayed, you can amend your booking by clicking the booking link in your confirmation email, at least an hour before you are due to arrive. 

Escape Lounges caters for walk ins and advanced bookings. To ensure they can accommodate all travellers comfortably, there are limited spaces available to book online. Please ensure you book at least 24 hours before you are due to enter the lounge.
