It is important to be aware that there are restrictions against parking or stopping outside the designated parking or stopping areas across the Brisbane Airport Precinct. This is in accordance with the Commonwealth consolidated regulations of the Airport (Control of On-Airport Activities) Regulations 1997 - Reg 106BA.
Put simply, it’s important to follow the road signage at Brisbane Airport.
Anyone who fails to comply with parking restrictions and instructions across Brisbane Airport, may be fined and issued with a Parking Infringement Notice (PIN).
All parking infringements issued at Brisbane Airport are issued on behalf of the Australian Government under the Commonwealth Airports (Control of On Airport Activities) Regulations 1997.
Brisbane Airport Corporation gains no income from the collection of parking infringements for the Commonwealth.
