Where do I pick up my order?
For all online orders, you will need to make your way to the kiosk on Level 4 of the Brisbane Airport International Terminal.
If you would like to exchange more cash on site, there are kiosks on Level 2 before security and Level 3, outside Lotte Duty Free after security.
Are there any restrictions or limits for online currency orders?
Yes. When ordering foreign currencies online with Prosegur Change, the following limits apply:
Minimum order: AUD $200
Maximum order: AUD $6,000
If you need less than AUD $200 or more than AUD $6,000, you can still exchange currency at one of the 3 Prosegur Change Kiosks located on Level 2 and Level 4, before you go through security, and on Level 3 outside Lotte Duty Free.
Is there an age limit for ordering currency online?
Yes. You should be at least 18 years old to be able to order currency online. The Prosegur Change team will ask for your ID when you pick up your order.
How far in advance can I order currency online?
This can vary. Generally, the earliest for most major currencies is for pickup between 3 and 14 days after you place an order. Currencies that are not always in stock may not be available immediately, however can be available for pick-up 7 days from the day you order. The maximum lead time for all currencies is up to 14 days before you are due to pick up your order.
Can I choose how I receive my currency?
Ordering travel money online secures the rate, however you cannot select the exact currency denominations (for example, choosing only $50 notes).
Denominations are provided according to branch availability at the time of collection. If you have specific requirements, you can visit a Prosegur Change Exchange bureaux de change sites, or request when you get to the Airport.
I didn't receive a confirmation email after placing my order. What should i do?
Please email orders.au@prosegur.com with details of what you had requested along with your name and phone number and someone from the Prosegur Change team will investigate and get back to you. Otherwise you can fill out a contact form here
Can I pick up my order at any time?
Prosegur Change Brisbane Airport's open hours coincide with most flight times between 4am-1am, giving customers plenty of time to pick up their orders before their flight.
Do I need ID to collect my order?
Yes. For order collection, Prosegur Change ask for specific forms of identification. Typically, passports and standard ID cards are sufficient. In some cases, they may also require the bank card used for the transaction.
Can someone pick up my order on my behalf?
No. The person who placed the order is the only person Prosegur Change will accept as the person purchasing and collecting the order.
Can I change the pick-up date after I place an order?
You may be able to change your pick-up date with prior notice. Please contact Prosegur Change at @email to arrange another pickup date that suits you. If you miss the pickup date the order will be cancelled.
What if my order has been delayed?
Unfortunately travel money orders can be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. If Prosegur Change are aware of any delay, they will contact you and inform you of the anticipated timeframes and check if this still meets your travel needs.
