How we travel has changed. We’ve been planning ahead to welcome you back to Brisbane Airport by implementing our COVID Safe plan and monitoring our new safety measures to ensure the airport is a safe place for everyone to be.
Here’s what you can do to stay healthy while travelling and what to expect at the Domestic Terminal at Brisbane Airport.
Before you arrive
Before you travel there are some things that you can do to ensure that you travel well and safe.
- If you are unwell, please stay home. Do not come to the airport and change your travel plans.
- You may choose to wear a mask. Queensland Health recommends the wearing of a mask in areas where social distancing is difficult to maintain. Check with your airline and destination on the requirements of wearing a mask as they may be different. If you are unsure, pack a mask with you for peace of mind. Wearing a mask at Brisbane Airport is your personal choice.
- Pack your own hand sanitiser and antibacterial wipes in your carry on.
- Check in with your airline to see what they are doing to make air travel safe and if they have any additional requirements.
- Download the COVID Safe app on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
