Brisbane’s Gallery of Modern Art is showcasing 500 years of iconic, inspiring, and spectacular paintings in ‘European Masterpieces from The Metropolitan Museum of Art New York’
Featuring 65 breathtaking works from The Met’s prized collection, walk in the footsteps of Europe’s greatest painters: Rembrandt, Renoir, Monet and more in a once-in-a-lifetime and exclusive Australian experience you won’t want to miss.

Get your pencils ready! Draw Along returns during 'European Masterpieces' for in-person masquerade-themed workshops at GOMA, and free virtual sessions inspired by paintings in the exhibition.
Drop by The Studio during your visit for exquisite daily performances from musicians, and sketch live costumed models and still life objects using the drawing materials provided.
As always, the team from GOMA have curated an amazing free cinema program to accompany the exhibition. ‘The Met: The Masters and the Modern Day’ program offers insights into the lives and times of the masters behind the Masterpieces and the ways their works continue to inspire and fascinate.
