If your enquiry is in relation to a specific aircraft noise event, or you wish to make a formal complaint, please contact Airservices Australia.
Airservices Australia is Australia's air navigation service provider. They are responsible for Australia's airspace management, flight paths, providing noise information and managing complaints.
Airservices Australia manages complaints and enquiries about aircraft noise and operations through their dedicated Noise Complaints and Information Service (NCIS).

Aircraft Noise Ombudsman (ANO)
The ANO is independent of Airservices Australia executive management structures, reporting directly to the Airservices Board on performance in regards to aircraft noise management matters.
The ANO has been established to conduct independent administrative reviews of Airservices and how it handles aircraft noise-related activities, such as the management of complaints / enquiries, community consultation processes and the presentation and distribution of aircraft noise-related information.
Complaints must be first lodged through the Airservices NCIS, referred to above. If you are not satisfied with the way your complaint was handled, your complaint can be lodged with the ANO:

Benny: Mobile Information Centre
The BNE team are hitting the road in our Mobile Information Centre to help Brisbane residents get the facts on flight paths and aircraft noise, while showcasing some of the less-known contributions our airport makes to our community.

COVID Safe Plan
Benny events will be run with a COVID-Safe Plan. Information will change in line with Queensland Health advice and events may be cancelled at short notice.
- Visitors are encouraged to pre-book a time as limits will be placed on people within the Benny event zone. Bookings can be made via the contact form here - simply complete the form and confirm your preferred appointment time and a member of the team will be in touch via email to confirm. Alternatively, you can book an appointment time via phone on 1800 737 075.
- Signs will be placed at entry points to instruct attendees not to enter the venue if they are unwell, have COVID-19 symptoms, have been in any of the declared hot spots, overseas in the last 14 days, or have been in close contact with a confirmed case.
- Visitors will be required to sign in before entering.
- Markings will be in place to identify 1.5 metre distance between persons at all times.
- The venue, including amenities, will be frequently cleaned with a particular focus on high contact areas. Alcohol-based hand sanitiser will be available.
- Staff will be monitoring conditions throughout the event to ensure controls are implemented and maintained.
