Gert-Jan de Graaff | Chief Executive Officer
Gert-Jan de Graaff was appointed to the position of Chief Executive Officer of Brisbane Airport Corporation Pty Ltd in June 2018.
In addition to his role with Brisbane Airport Corporation, Gert-Jan also holds several current Board positions, including: Director on the Airports Council International Asia-Pacific and Middle East Regional Board; Director on the Australian Airports Association Board; Director on Tourism and Events Queensland Board; Member of the Australian Border Force Customs Advisory Board; and a Member of the Australian Jet Zero Council.
Gert-Jan has more than 25 years’ experience in leadership roles at major airports around the world. He started his career in airport management in 1995 with Amsterdam Airport Schiphol in The Netherlands where he had management positions in the commercial, finance and strategic departments.
In 2005 Gert-Jan de Graaff was appointed as Managing Director of ASDC AB, the Company that manages and develops the commercial activities in the terminals of Stockholm-Arlanda Airport in Sweden.
Between 2007 and 2012 Gert-Jan held senior roles with Brisbane Airport Corporation Pty Ltd, including Executive General Manager Commercial Services and Executive General Manager Strategic Planning & Development.
Prior to his return to Brisbane Airport in 2018 Mr de Graaff lead the bid for Galeão / Rio de Janeiro Airport in Brazil on behalf of Royal Schiphol Group and his most recent position was President & CEO of JFKIAT LLC, the private operators of Terminal 4 at John F Kennedy International Airport since 2014.
Previous Board appointments include the position of Chair of Airport Coordination Netherlands, and Board Memberships with Airports Council International North America (WBP), Air Cargo Netherlands, Cargonaut BV, and several tourism and investment attraction agencies.
Ryan Both BCom, Harvard GMP, GAICD | Executive General Manager Aviation
Ryan Both joined Brisbane Airport Corporate as Executive General Manager Aviation in February 2022. In this capacity, Ryan is responsible for all operational and commercial activities of the aviation business, including airfield and terminal operations, commercial agreements, business development and marketing.
Ryan has more than 20 years’ experience in the aviation industry with airlines and airports, including Melbourne Airport, Virgin Australia and as CEO of contract aviation group Cobham Australia. In these roles Ryan has held operational leadership roles responsible for the Qantas B717 fleet, Fly-In-Fly-Out services to remote mining sites and express overnight air-freight operations for Australia Post. Ryan has also held commercial leadership positions at Virgin Australia, Melbourne Airport and Embraer’s zero emission aircraft company Eve Air Mobility.
Ryan holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Adelaide, where he is an Alumni Fellow, and has completed the full-time residential General Management Program at Harvard Business School. As an experienced company director, Ryan is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).
Warren Briggs Master of Business (Applied Finance); CPA; Bachelor of Physiotherapy | Chief Financial Officer
Since joining BAC in 2016, Warren has held a range of positions including Treasurer, Head of Corporate Finance and Head of Finance and Treasury.
Warren was appointed as Chief Financial Officer in May 2023. He is responsible for financial accounting and reporting, treasury, corporate finance, tax, procurement, financial systems and technology.
Prior to joining BAC, Warren had an extensive career working with global investment banks in the areas of debt capital markets, leveraged finance and debt advisory. In this capacity Warren advised some of the largest ASX listed companies as well as privately owned infrastructure, utilities and resources assets across a broad range of capital raising, M&A as well as ratings advisory assignments.
Warren started out his career as a physiotherapist, running a successful injury rehabilitation company in Brisbane. Warren holds a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from the University of Queensland, a Master of Business (Applied Finance) from the Queensland University of Technology and is a Certified Practicing Accountant.
Jane Dionysius B.Bus Mgmt HR | Executive General Manager Human Resources
Jane Dionysius is the Executive General Manager, People Culture & Governance at Brisbane Airport Corporation. She leads a multi-disciplinary team across Health, Safety and Environment, Legal Services, Company Secretariat, and Human Resources.
Jane joined BAC in January 2011 and has held various management roles within the organisation. Prior to joining BAC, Jane worked in multiple industries including professional services, retail, and transportation, in both the public and private sector. In addition to her professional career, Jane is an active community member, with experience working on charity Boards.
Jane holds a Bachelor of Business Management from the University of Queensland and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Raechel Paris BA/LLB, GAICD | Executive General Manager Governance
Raechel Paris is the Executive General Manager, Governance at Brisbane Airport Corporation. She leads a multi-disciplinary team across Sustainability; Health, Safety and Environment; Security Policy and Compliance; Risk, Assurance and Governance; Legal Services and Company Secretariat; and Business Resilience.
Raechel is responsible for driving BAC’s Sustainability Strategy, to create a world-leading Airport City that future generations trust and are proud of. Raechel is also the Co-Chair of BAC’s Diversity and Inclusion Council.
Raechel commenced with BAC in May 2019 and has over 10 years of Senior Executive experience. Prior to joining BAC, Raechel was the General Manager, Corporate Affairs and Governance for the world’s largest bulk export port, Pilbara Ports Authority. She has worked in multiple industries including legal advisory, professional services, technology, transportation and infrastructure, and in both the public and private sector.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts / Law from Monash University and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Scott Norris | Executive General Manager Commercial
Scott joined Brisbane Airport in July 2025 and is responsible for retail, commercial, parking and industrial property development. Scott is an experienced executive in the aviation sector with more than fifteen years leading aeronautical and non-aeronautical commercial functions. Prior to joining BAC, Scott was the General Manager of Aviation and Commercial at Sunshine Coast Airport. He has also previously held leadership positions at Vancouver, Auckland and Perth airports.
Krishan Tangri MBA, MCons Mgmt, GAICD | Executive General Manager Infrastructure & Planning
Krishan joined BAC in 2010 and is responsible for overseeing multibillion-dollar asset, infrastructure and construction portfolios.
Krishan is an industry recognised Executive Leader with more than 25 years’ experience in infrastructure, facilities and construction management with well recognised private and public organisations.
In 2015, he was a Finalist for CEO Magazine’s Construction Executive of the Year.
Krishan has previously held various senior management positions in both facilities and construction management with Sydney Airport Corporation and Brisbane City Council managing multibillion dollar asset portfolios and delivering a $800M suite of complex and high profile projects successfully.
Since 2010, Krishan has provided strategic foresight to BAC and continues to lead a commercially oriented, highly qualified, and efficient business unit which delivered the $1.1b new runway project on time and under budget.
Krishan is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD) and holds an MBA with a finance major from Deakin University. A qualified Civil Engineer, Krishan also holds a Masters in Construction Management from the University of New South Wales.
Henry Tuttiett B.Jour, GAICD | Executive General Manager Communications & Public Affairs
Henry joined BAC in early 2024 as Head of Public Affairs and was appointed Executive General Manager Communications and Public Affairs in July 2025. He is responsible for overseeing government, media and community relations, as well as brand marketing and internal communications, for Queensland’s most important aviation gateway.
Henry has nearly two decades’ of leadership experience in corporate affairs, public policy and strategic communications across government, media and major infrastructure. Prior to joining BAC, Henry led the corporate affairs and communications function at Tourism and Events Queensland and also worked at NewsCorp, where he was chief-of-staff at the Courier-Mail.
Henry holds a Bachelor of Journalism from Griffith University, is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and is President of the Corporate Affairs Council of the Queensland Futures Institute.
