Each year, Brisbane Airport auctions unclaimed items left at its terminals to raise funds for charitable organisations as part of its Community Impact Program. Proceeds from the Lost Property Auction support organisations delivering meaningful outcomes for children and families located within the Greater Brisbane area, while aligning with Brisbane Airport’s strategic priorities and community focus areas, as outlined below.
Brisbane Airport is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from local children’s charity organisations to partner as beneficiaries of the Lost Property Auction for a two-year period, spanning FY27 and FY28.
While fundraising outcomes vary year to year and cannot be guaranteed, we expect the charity auction to raise around $100,000.
