Brisbane Airport prepares and maintains an Aerodrome manual that addresses the obligations under Civil Aviation Safety Regulations Part 139. The manual is a guide for Brisbane Airport Corporation (BAC) staff and airport users and carries information about the guidelines and procedures that are applied in operating the airport.
The Terminal Operations Rules have been prepared to provide operational information to airlines and their handling agents using any of the following "Common User" facilities at Brisbane Airport:
- The International Terminal; or
- The Domestic Terminal; or
- Any common use aircraft aprons at the Domestic Terminal, International Terminal, Logistics Apron, GA Apron; or
- Any taxiways used from time to time for layover aircraft.
Brisbane Airport's ground handling conditions are detailed in the Apron Services Licence. Any operator wishing their employees to conduct ground servicing on common user aprons are required to hold an Apron Services Licence.
Brisbane Airport's Apron Usability Charts detail the designated aircraft parking areas and restrictions.
Any operator requiring aircraft parking on the common user apron are required to contact the Control Coordinator, Terminal Operations.
