Overview
The International Terminal Self Check-in upgrade will provide new, self-service check-in areas for passengers. These easy-to-use kiosks will work with new automated bag-drop facilities and baggage screening upgrades to create a seamless passenger experience.
Passenger update
Check-in Rows 7 and 8 on Level 4 of the International Terminal are currently closed for upgrades to the new check-in and bag-drop facilities. Works on Row 5 and 6 will follow as the roll-out continues.
Some departing International passengers will now check-in and bag-drop on Level 2 of the International Terminal for some flights. Check the row number for your flight on the information boards and follow signage and staff directions to your check-in location.
Construction milestone: Rows 1 and 2 complete
Passengers using Check-in Rows 1 and 2 are experiencing the convenience of self check-in and automated bag-drop facilities. These Rows set the standard that will be delivered in stages across the remainder of the Check-in Rows to minimise impacts to passengers as much as possible.
